1 General Provisions

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are only withdrawable after the specified wagering has been completed using real money.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time period after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• If bonus claims are made across multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, IP address, or device, all accounts will be terminated.

• In the event of a dispute relating to a bonus, the decision of ad9999 will be considered final.

5.3 VIP Program

The ad9999 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to higher tiers. The benefits of the VIP program are at the discretion of ad9999 and are subject to change.

6 Gaming Rules and Policies

All games on ad9999 are operated on the basis of fair play. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to keep the outcome of every game impartial and unpredictable.

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure. It is recommended to read the rules before starting a game.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the result of that round may be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Termination

9 Limitation of Liability

The maximum financial liability of ad9999 in any case will not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
